without the prior expressed written permission of Invent2win Competitive Products LLC is strictly Prohibited.

All software and technical data delivered under this user agreement is subject to U.S. and Canadian export laws and may be subject to additional regulations. You agree to abide by such laws and agree that it is your responsibility to obtain such licenses to export, re-export or import as may be required after delivery to you.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States. This user agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Conventions on contracts, international.
If any part of this agreement shall be found not to be legal or just it shall not negate the authority or effect of the rest of the agreement.
